Post op day 32 I think. I’ve been doing so well aside from some constipation the last few weeks. I started having pain in the right side of my incision today. I’m not sure why but it hurts pretty bad. It the more healed side also. 

The struggle of pooping has me feeling afraid because I’ve been pushing lots, it is possible it is too much pushing. I didn’t realize don’t strain meant on the toilet as well until someone else had mentioned that to me. Just the idea of having a hernia is so scary to me I find myself paranoid. 

Just a 5 weeks incision update

Most the scabbing is gone now and it’s definitely closed now. 

The pain in my abs is not as bad in the early morning but then gets worse at the end of the day I’ve noticed.
